Installed LED while pc was on and won't turn on!

PC won't turn on! I built my first pc today and downloaded Windows. Then I went from my chair and to the pc and connected the led strip to a molex and connected it to the mobo when a heard a zap and the pc just turned off. It won't turn back on. Please, what happened?!

First of all, it should be obvious that you should not connect ANYTHING WHILE THE PC IS ON.
It can be that you damaged you Psu. If there arent any lights of any sort in your Mb try to test the Psu using a paper clip. (Search on youtube how)

I tried the paperclip method and the psu fan spins. Yeah, I rushed it and my pc is damaged due to it. There's no reaction at all when I click the turn on button. No fan spin, no lights, just nothing

Cpu: Ryzen 5 1600
Cpu cooler. Wraith spire
Mobo: Msi b350 tomahawk
Gpu: Gigabyte gtx 1070 g1 gaming
Psu: Silverstone strider plus 600w silver
Hdd: Seagate St2000dm006
Ram: Crucial Ballistix drr4 3200mhz 2x4gb
