Well,i need help.Dont ask me how or who cause it, my phone probably has a virus.First of all,when i turn it on the lenovo boot ANIMATION logo is on loop,NOT the 'image'. Can someone help me? Is there a way to solve this without hard reset because i know this is an option.I dont cant find the phone's model but i know the firmware number or something like that (got it form the recovery menu)
