I just got my Intel SSD6 512GB drive today and I have installed in on my ASUS X99-A

The BIOS can see the drive; and in the device manager I can see that windows sees a PCI slot being used; but doesn't know what it is. I assume it's because of drivers or something; but I cannot find any drivers.
All I want to do is use the M.2 as storage to put games on. I do not want to put any OS or other stuff on it. It shouldn't be that hard right? Any help would be appreciated.
