So, i did following build:
Intel i7 7700
Gigabyte GA-Z170M-D3H
2x8GB ballistix sport
BitFenix Phenom M
Corsair cs550M PSU
Corsair H60 water cooler
Evo 250gb SSD
I followed a build on youtube, and i think everything went pretty well.
However, when i turn on the machine it shuts down after 7-10 seconds. No BIOS, no screen.
I tried to follow many troubleshooting guides:
- Reconnecting cables
- Changing RAM positions
- Running with only essentials (CPU, CPU fan, RAM, PSU)
- I even switched the Corsair H60 with the stock Intel cooler.
- Resetting CMOS
- Checking the pins underneath the CPU - they're fine.
Nothing of the above have worked.
After 5 hours troubleshooting, i'm close to giving up. Any help?
All parts are brand new by the way.
