The "M" at the end of the name (normally) indicates it's a micro-ATX motherboard. So, obviously, yes, it'll fit in a micro-ATX case.

However, to be really sure, you should post the make and model of the motherboard - a lot of manufacturers offer a Z270M motherboard.
