I just want to know if its already good if possible rate my build? I'm just going to play Dota 2, CS:Go, and Overwatch. If the price can be lowered please tell or suggest me. I'm saving up for my college thats why I cant have a higher end GPU(I'm thinking of upgrading sometime though).

Note: I dont want to pirate the OS.

The 88R isn't bad just not big. You could get a mid tower but I don't really prefer one at that price. Also, regular size ATX mobos start around $130. I really think the build is good for the budget.
For the price.....hard to beat. If on a $1000 budget, then you did really well. It'll max out your games on 1080p 60Hz monitor.

I built my brothers pc in the 88R and it is not the best for cable mgmt so it is good you are getting a fully modular PSU. I believe the case came with one fan, if so, then you should get 2 more fans.
