Is 500 watt psu enough for gtx 750 ti?

Formally, it is more than enough. Even 400W or less would be (more than) enough. However I think nobody can tell for sure what an old or low quality PSU will do, ever. Personally, I would go with it, a GTX 750 Ti is perfect for an inexpensive set-up.

the gtx 750 ti mainly gets its power from the slot on the motherboard also the gtx 750 ti is an efficient card so you should be fine.
