So for the past three hours I was running (and totally forgot about) a high stress program that put a load on my gpu (R9 290). It was hitting temps of 95C and thermal throttling. My application didn't crash and I have activated my MSI Afterburner to cool it down to reasonable levels. Is there a way to make sure I didn't damage my card / help my card recover from the heat?
I accidentally ran my gpu hot for a while, did I damage it?

most likely not that card is made to run crazy hot and at 95 its right about where the stock boards run.
