Was in the middle of a game and heard a windows noise or error noise, and then my tv went blue and received "no signal". Restarted my comp and still wasn't getting signal from my card, neither HDMI or DVI. Fans are still spinning. I am currently connected to my integrated HDMI on my motherboard.

Solution
"no signal" means there is no graphics signal from the graphics card to the monitor.

Since You have tested the most and on top of that you are saying that a strange noise was coming out.

I would say Your graphics card is broken.
How is with the heat and air circulation through your chassis?

Can you borrow a card fro a friend, just to check?
