BIOS keeps resetting

I have recently built my computer, and was happy to find that all the components are working.

But, after going into the BIOS of my Gigabyte AB350M-Gaming-3 Motherboard to change my RAM profile to XMP, I have realized that the changes don't save and when I reenter the BIOS it says "Bios has been reset please reconfigure your BIOS setup items if needed".

This is a problem because my 3000mHz Ram is only being run at 2133mHz when it isn't in XMP.
I have read somewhere else that this can be caused by the battery, but my MoBo is brand new !

Please help.

(*Also I can't install the new F4 version of the BIOS because it is not compatible with Windows 10 x64.. Even though I download the x64 version)

Hello, I have this exact same motherboard and this exact same problem.

Mine was bought a week ago and doesn't save any BIOS settings that are being made, it resets itself on every reboot.
I measured out the CMOS battery which measured out at a good 3,2V but I replaced it anyways for good measure but it changed nothing.
My BIOS version is 5B.

Actually, my problem solved itself once I flashed the BIOS to update it to version F5b (originaly F2). I also bought a new CMOS battery and replaced the old one, but I don't think that was the problem.

With version F5b I can now clock my Memory to 2933MHz. Maybe you should try flashing the BIOS, but I don't know much about that, or if there is any risk.
