I ask this question because i need a power supply beacause i just bought a gtx 1070.
So how many watts would be enough for my pc?
What brands are the best and what specific psu should i choose?
I want the psu to be fully modular.
If you give me some sugesttions it would be nice

There is no one best brand. If you want the best quality. Buy a Tier 1 rated PSU. They use the highest quality components. Linked is a list of models from Tier 1 to Tier 5. If you stick with those models listed as Tier 1 you will have the best.

Personally I would get one which is 600W or higher so that you have plenty of headroom.

This Corsair RMx 750w is excellent quality. It also has a 10 year warranty. It is 80+ Gold, so it is extremely energy efficient.

The EVGA SuperNOVA P2 650 is another excellent choice. It also has a 10 year warranty. It is 80+ Platinum, so it is even more energy...

For reasons I don't have time to get into, I don't suggest 650W+ models. A tier 1 500-550W will be the best fit for your PC. A tier 2 of the same wattage would also work as well. My issue with the tier system is that sometimes the 1's are overpriced for what they are.
