Hi guys, about 4 years ago I came to this website to for help building my first gaming PC. 4 years later it's finally struggling and so I turn to you once again.

I am looking to build a 4k gaming pc, able to handle all but the most daunting games at 4k 60fps. My current budget is £2500 and I have put together what I think is a suitable rig, please can I have your opinions or recommendations (also is it still necessary to have a disc drive these days ? )

Thanks for the reply's so far, is the 6800 a better processor, as it seems to be 3.6 ghz, wouldn't 4.2 be better for gaming or am I being an idiot. Also ok I will look into that, ive had 2 770 4gb's in my last build and I must admit the only problems I ever had were temps,

would one 1080 ti handle 4k? I thought about the 1080's as I compared the cards on GPUBOSS.com and the performance increase was around 20% so I assumed 2 1080's would thrash the single card,

but ill have a read up on the ti
