Yeah anything powerful going to bottleneck. Look into these GPUs. And get used one.
750Ti, 650Ti, HD 7850, R7 260x, HD 7700. Note that some of the cards requires a 6 pins power connectors. So, make sure you have one in your PSU.

It don't seemed to be a reputed PSU. The 750Ti do not requires a power connector. So, it will work. But for others get a cheap Antec VP450. It will be good. I recommend not to cheap out on PSU. If you tried to cheap out on PSU then the worst it can take away your whole system. And some of them may requires a 6 pins PCI-e power connector.

Both HD 4850 and GT210 is weak and outdated. Now a date there is no use of it.
Better get a used GT730. It will work fine and don't need any extra power connector.
