Hi, I purchased a 960 Pro 1TB M.2 SSD

I need some help to install it in a Eurocom Sky M5, so far I have:
Physically installed the SSD
Made a clone of my current hard drive onto the 960 using Reflect
Changed the BIOS to boot from the 960

Result: wont boot, I have to go back in the BIOS and change the 1st boot device back to the old SSD to get it to boot.

I also took the old hard drive out and tried to boot it with the same result. I'm fairly new to all this stuff so any help would be great.

Thanks!

Solution
Just remove the old drive. Its your restore. Then do a clean windows install. Once you get everthing installed add the old drive. Then you can link to your old files.
Cloning is hit and miss but if its trying to go into windows try safe mode. Could be the driver. I would suggest tho using the old drive as a data drive as is. Install windows fresh on the 960 and link to the old drive or copy some of the stuff you want on the new drive.

Whats the best way to go about this?

Can I save a system restore on a another drive and do the clean install on the 960, then do a back up?
