Adata 4 GB 1600 RAM

32 inch LED monitor

i just want to know how much power my pc use per hour

If the rate of electricity is Rs 10 per unit

Solution
There is no software available that can measure entire PC's power consumption.
Since PSU doesn't communicate with the MoBo on software basis, there is no way for a software to read how much power PSU outputs at any given time.

At best, you can monitor the voltages of MoBo, CPU , GPU and RAM but that's about it what software can do. And it isn't always accurate either.
HWinfo64 has voltage monitor among other sensors, with the ability to record (log) the sensor statistics,

Your best bet would be using Kill A Watt or similar electricity usage monitor,

Just plug the extension cord into electricity usage...

With this limited info, your PC's peak is about 250W.

For better power consumption, fill this out as accurately as possible,

As far as how much power your PC consumes per hour, that i can't say since depending on the load on PC (e.g idle, gaming, benching), the power draw varies.

To know the exact amount per hour, you need to take the multi-meter and measure the power draw by yourself.

Just plug the extension cord into electricity usage monitor and electricity usage monitor into the mains. This way, the electricity usage monitor will show the entire combined load for each application connected to the extension cord.
