will the ram work in mobo

Solution

As long as they came in the same package, they've probably verified the two will work together otherwise.

As long as the motherboard specifies it is a DDR4 288-pin DIMM board with DDR4 2133MHz support (and given the processor ALSO supports 2133, which I'm pretty sure all current 6th/7th/4th Pentium processors do) you're golden. However, if you can, go with the dual-channel kit. Unless you have issues with fitting it in with an, oh say, big cooler (like me ;-;) I'd always get 2/4. Of course, they don't sell 4-DIMM 8GB kits, no point.

Be careful. Even if the two sticks are the precise same model and product, they may still not work with eachother because they're not the same kit. Also, an H110 motherboard may not support a 7th gen processor (Kaby Lake) OOTB. It may require a BIOS update, which requires you to have a 6th gen Skylake processor, but the more valid option is to get a B250 board. You can usually get one for a bit more expensive than a H110, or maybe cheaper, depending on sales and locations.
