Can I OC With This i7 2600k?

Hi my specs are:
Gpu: Sapphire Nitro OC RX 480
Cpu: i3 3240( 2 Cores, 4 Threads 3.4Ghz)
Ram: 8gb DDR3 1600Mhz
Mobo: Asus H61 M-K
HDD: HDD 500GB 7200RPM + EXTERNAL HDD 1TB 7200RPM
PSU: Silver 550 Watts
OS: Windows 10 64 bit

These are my current specs however I will be getting my i7 2600k and I was wondering if it is possible to overclock it with my motherboard bc I want better performance on bf1. I have went to the bios with my current specs and I saw a cpu ratio option that I was able to adjust. I discarded all changes and left the bios. Therefore since I have a cpu ratio option does it mean that I will be able to overclock my 2600k? Ty for the feedback

I see however why would it have an adjustable cpu ratio option if it can't oc? What is the purpose of the cpu ratio option?

Well that makes sense. Since I can't oc do you think it will be possible to get more than 60fps in bf1 90% of the time with occasional dips to the 50's? Also if I oc my ram would it reduce the bottleneck in any way at all? Also last thing, if I turn the cpu dependent option on bf1 like particles, shadows to medium and then keep everything else at ultra, will it help?
