PC starts but wont show anything help?

Hello ppls, i have problem with my PC , i had this problem earlier but few restarts will fix same..
Now i just cant turn it on, i check all cables re-pluged in , i try with changing ram position and i think my power supply is pretty good and new for my configuration.

Thermaltake Smart SE 730W
Nvidia gtx 550ti
amd a8 5600k 3.6GHz
2x4gb ram
and motherboard ASUS F2A55

i have read this thread 3 times and i still can't get over the fact you have a SMART power supply and what appears to be an A55 Motherboard .

that model of power supply unit is not very good quality so that could be the problem .

look at the first post on this thread and read about tier 4 - that is where your power supply is listed .
