It depends on where you are going to put it and what are you going to use it for.
Assuming the above are:
MSI GeForce GTX 1060
ASUS Turbo GeForce® GTX 1060

Connectivity: The asus card has 2 hdmi 2 display port and a DVI while the MSI has 1 hdmi 1 display port 1 DVI
so based on what kind of connectivity you need that might be a limiting factor
Cooling: For a small case with limited cooling the ASUS would be better as it exhausts stuff out of the back of the case, where as probably for other situations the MSI card is probably less noisy and cools better.
Speed: the MSI card is just ever so slightly faster than the ASUS one but the difference is very small.
Price: at least the newegg links above have the MSI card much cheaper...

So in conclusion either one will get the job done, but if any of the above apply to your situation make your pick accordingly.
