There are so many different Geforce Gtx 1080 cards by the same maker and by different makers. Such as OC or Founders Edition etc...Im totally confussed on all these cards...Im gaming so thats what im using it for.
* Whats the difference in all these 1080 cards?
* How do I choose one maker and 1080 card?
* Whats the best?

They are all the same chip. Founders editions are loud and hot so avoid them. 90% of the differences are the fans and cooler style. Oc are just chips that are overclocked from the factory. Usually the regular versions can be manually overclocked to the same speeds. The main thing for me in reviews is how well the cooler stays quiet under load. The rest is all silicone lottery. A quiet cooler is always nice.

The difference is pretty much look. Most air cooler the company pushes out is the same, very minimal difference in term of noise and cooling. You can always change the fan curve yourself with provided software. So mostly people go with their usual brand or looks.
