Can I add another case fan?

Solution
You usually want the cold air to intake from the front and bottom and exhaust from the top back since warm air tends to travel upwards.
So yes I don't know your other fans but there would be a good exhaust spot, but I would check with your other fans, if you have more exhaust than intake of air (negative pressure) the air will try to enter from whenever it can to make up for this, theoretically allowing dust to come in more easily, with positive pressure instead (more intakes) the air would try to squeeze out of the case, making it possible for air (and dust) to come in just from your filtered intakes.
