Hello guys i need your help, this is my currently rig

Core i5 3570
8GB DDR3 1333
Asus P8B75M-LX (Some burn mark on audio chip but work fine)
WD 1TB 7200RPM (grinding noise but work fine)

Recently aadded

Zotac GTX 1050 ti mini
Cooler Master Masterwatt lite 500w (random buzzing noise for 30sec)

My problem is should i upgrade my cpu to 7gen together with mobo? The games i playing like Tomb raider, BF1, watch dogs 2 on medium to high setting, even i get over 60fps but the game still show choppy for me. If i go to 7gen mobo should i get the DDR3 version so i can use back my old ddr3 ram or just get dd4 instead?

On a 1050 Ti I wouldn't bother. You are nothing close to being CPU limited in the majority of games.

Use some kind of hardware monitor and play your games and check whether GPU or CPU usage is closest to 100% more of the time. I guarantee your GPU is going to be maxing out long before your CPU most of the time.

For reference I run a 3470 with a GTX 1070 on my HTPC and I'd say it's still GPU limited most of the time (in truth, most games run steadily at 60 FPS so they are Vsync limited but if I were to uncap the FPS).
