No, I would not try OC'ing on that board. Not designed for that. And be sure your BIOS doesn't need an update to recognize the Q9550. The Q9550 is about 6 months newer than the E6850, so there is a slim chance it needs a BIOS update.
However, the Q9550 is indeed listed as compatible with that board, so you may be OK. http://www.pc-specs.com/mobo/Zebronics/Zebronics_ZEB-G41-D3/1346/Compatible_CPUs

Solution
You might see if you really need a 4 core for what your doing. Many people would be better off with a faster 2 core. It depends on whether or not your programs actually can use 4 cores. If not then an e7500 with a tape mod to 1333fsb will get you 3,66GHz. You can use Throttlestop software from TechPowerUp to raise Voltage to support the OC. This really only stresses the CPU itself. The 65W 2core will draw about 85W at that speed. The MB supports 95W cpus. It should be reliable.
If you stick to games that use 1-2 cores (most of them) you will be just fine.
Intel sold that same silicon as an X5270 Xeon at 3.5GHz.

An e7600 will go about 3.8Ghz. also.
