windows freezes and start up problem

last 1 month i have been facing some issue. That my pc freeze and became slow for 5 min or more after start. So googling this problem i used chkdsk /r /c..and its work for me but only for 2 or 3 days..then i install new windows but after install new windows it work properly for 2 -3 days ..then same problem...sometimes black screen problem after boot logo has been found..i try windows 10 but no luck
i changed my cmos battery also..and in chkdsk it shows no bad sector on HDD..
My pc
CPU: i7 4770 3.4ghz
Mobo: GA Z97 HD3
GPU:MSI gtx 1050ti
Case:Tt thermaltake Tower
PSU: Thermaltake Tr2 450w bronze
Ram:8GB

so please give a suggestion me tha get rid of this kind of problem..

At THF we strongly advise not to use Registry Cleaners, including the one that's built in to CCleaner.

The registry should only be edited to fix a specific issue, on the advice of one of our Windows experts.

The symptoms described are very unlikely to have anything to do with the Registry anyway.

yes i update my driver...and also update bios..but once i have tried ccleaner then uninstall this..
