Good day first post here because i have exhausted every single option to fix this issue alot people seem to have. Basically when playing cs go i freeze for like 0.5 seconds like a frame lag about every 2-3 seconds and when fps is set to fps_max 0 i get around 300 -400 fps going up down when i lock fps to 300 it moves abit up and down at one point it stuck at 299 not bad now my specs are: I5 7600K cpu ASUS strix oc 1060 6gb gpu 8 gb ram corsair 2400mhz Corsair rm550 80 plus gold powersupply Asus strix z270h gaming motherboard Cyborig h7 cpu cooler Acer gd245hq 120hz 3d ready monitor Ssd kingston uv400 Now i run cs off hdd now changed from ssd to see if it fixed it. It didnt. I run my dvi through my monitor to gpu i have windows 10 enterprise. Now the things i havd tryed to do to fix it is the following: reformat from w10 to enterprise 64 bit both install drivers and update all drivers such as realtek nvidia ones intel hd ones. I tryed installing this software that tweaks nvidia settings for games helped a abit smoothness but freezing always remains tryed unpacking cores tryed checking cpu gpu temp there fine 30 to 40 temp for cpu. Launch options for cs verify cache files dont know much about cpu cores havent played around with it but this is a decent rig for cs go so please please anyone with help tell me me or ask me more this pc is week old i have feeling its the monitor its also set to 120 hz in gfx and windows i hzve tryed lowering gfx settings in cs and gnvidia i play on 4:3 stretched as i put full screen in nvidia settings so its stretches it and 1024x768 i think thats reso the mouse turning around feels smooth but running everh 2-3 seconds them tiny mini stutters i will buy a new monitor benq if issue please help before i do this .

I'm not sure Win10 Enterprise is a good choice for gaming; try Pro or even Home, if you have them.

Is your monitor not 4:3? If not...WHY are you playing at the wrong aspect ratio? Forcing it to stretch 1024x768 to fit a 16:9 screen could easily be your issue in and of itself.

Also, just for ease of reading, please use line breaks and at least some attempt at proper punctuation. I got lost at least once while reading your post and had to search for where I'd left off.
