Hey...
I just want to ask whats the best (and most stable) temperature when playing demanding games for long time...
I have a Cooling Fan under my Laptop

Thanks :)

Solution
Well, there is no "best" temperature. Depending on your CPU, I'd say:
100 deg C - dangerously hot
90 deg C - uncomfortably hot
80 deg C - pretty hot but normal for a laptop
70 deg C - OK
60 deg C - good
50 deg C - very good

Your CPU will have a thermal maximum (called the T-junction for intel CPU's) that is usually just over 100 deg C. If it gets this hot it will shut down immediately to prevent damage. It's likely that your CPU will "thermal throttle" and lower it's clock speeds before it gets to that point, so you'll loose performance if you're in that range.

What temps are you seeing? What is your CPU?

I have an Intel Core i5-7200u @ 2.5ghz

I want to play demanding games like GTA V. And Im also a heavy gaming person so I may play whole day sometimes...

If the CPU shut down..If I reboot my Laptop will it start normally??

If the PC shuts down from overheating, wait a few minutes before starting it again. It should start up normally, but you should look to do something to improve temps if that is happening to you. (Replace thermal paste, clean dust from heatsink/fans, increase fan profiles)
