NOT asking if I can OC on this, but can I just use it? Is there any sort of issue that would refrain me from using my unlocked CPU on this mobo? New to PC's and still learning quite a bit. I am aware that you need a Z or X mobo to OC. (Long story short I got the wrong mobo and have to live with it until I can get a new one.)

Yes it will run it at stock, you can probably oc a bit the cpu but as the mobo is not designed for it you can damage it so i would not recomend it. Also remember new mobo usually requires new os license (OEM license) if you have a os retail license you dont need to worry about it.
