Hi,
I'm trying to register at the forums at http://www.silentpcreview.com/forums/ucp.php?mode=register

To prove you're not a bot they ask you this question:
'Add the single digit numbers only:: 1, 2228, 6, 398, 4'

I tried every combination i could think of and eventually got locked out ..
I entered: 164, i did the math: 1+ 6 + 4 = 11 .... so i tried: 11...
i also tried 1(,)6(,)4 - nope.
The box where you enter your answer is 'prefilled with a (1), so i also tried 1164 - not happening..

Can someone point out what i'm doing wrong with this registration question?

Cheers,
D

I just registered to test this out and I had no problem passing with a similar math question. Did you get the question at the bottom correct as well?

If so, you really need to find the contact info for someone there, there's literally nothing we could do otherwise.

Thanks for doing that DSzymborski,

I copy pasted the question at the bottom - they give you two answers, i copied how they entered the correct answer. I'm not sure if they just wanted his initials.. (presuming we have the same question)

Did you enter: 146, 11, or 1146 or 111? - man what a headache :p
^ i changed the above question slightly for the purpose of posting on TomsHardware as i didn't want to break any rules i don't know about e.t.c.
