Running GTA 5 windowed mode

Hi guys, I am using a 4gb ram, core i3 5th gen processor, and amd Radeon r7 M360 on my laptop. The problem is that the game runs smoothly on windowed mode but while playing in a full screen mode, after some time it starts lagging but it's perfectly fine on windowed mode. Any suggestions?? Moreover when I start the game it always run on windowed mode I need to full screen it afterwards.

Sorry for voting I didn't know about that button. Thanks for you reply will try that soon. But my problem is not with windowed or borderless window. I want a full screen mode as default

That's the first thing to do, but every time when I start the game it starts in windowed mode.

Now I think I got some clue
The resolution which I set is 1280x720, but when I save the game with 1920x1080 which is my desktop resolution, then it begins with full screen. But I don't want that resolution as it slowers my game performance

I have changed many settings through Intel and amd graphic settings for good performance. But now I am unable to change resolution in GTA 5 settings. only thing I can change is the screen type moreover when I change it to full screen it automatically changes to 1920x1080p still I can't change the resolution. Although now the game starts in full screen mode but it's in full resolution. Any idea why?
