games runs fine for first 20 min then lags

okay so when i play h1z1 King of the kill my pc runs fine for about the first 20 min and after that i get random frame drop down from like 90 to 50 then it will get worse it will start going to 50 to 7 etc. my textures stop loading right away like i can spawn in and go in a building but nothing on the inside is loaded fully i can see through walls and the floor isnt loaded either and much more. I tired alot of things i have a evga gtx 970 sc, cpu is 8350 amd fx, 8gb of ram, and my psu watt is over the limit of needed watts so idk. I have also monitored temps for both cpu and gpu while it starts going slow. I have also tired switching my gpu back to gtx 750 ti and my cpu back to amd 4300 fx but no difference from that. if somebody could help me that would be great. Thanks

it is pretty low, I think it could be my psu honestly its not a good one and i recently put in the 8350 in and after like 2 weeks it started doing this so i think the psu cant handle both the 970 and 8350 so i ordered a new corsair one that should be here sunday so ill see if that helps.
