Hey, I'm looking to find a good computer for gaming under $400. Just the computer itself and no software or peripherals. Any suggestions would be great! Ill be playing games like CSGO, Rocket League , Battlefield and Forza Horizon 3. Thanks!

Ideas: G4560? GTX 1050TI COMBO?

I recommend getting second hand parts at this budget, PSU, HDD, SDD, Ram and a Case can all be bought second hand. Maybe even a GPU, R9 290 would pair well with a G4560. It costs $120 (estimating, would be different depending where you live) and has better performance than the RX 470. As for new parts a G4560 and B250 motherboard would be good.

Another option would be buying an old prebuilt with a good CPU like an old i5 (aim for at least 2nd gen) and add a GPU

If you want a new build $400 is a very tight, but the RX 470/570 has much better price to performance than the 1050 Ti
That combo good, but $400 is not going to cut it. You need to save up a bit more (at least 500 to 600) and get yourself a PC. Or, just get the computer, and later down the line grab a Graphics Card. That's just my two cents.

NOTE: BF1 will not run so great on a Pentium.
