I don't know where else to ask for help, i cannot sign into skype and they won't help me. they can only help you if you can sign in but i can't. i formatted my computer and now when i try to log in with a the password im SURE is right it says its wrong. i request them to send code to my email but it doesn't work, theres nothing in my email inbox. i don't know what to do. please help thanks.

Check your spam folder it may have been blocked. Other than that only Skype support can help you there is nothing we can do about it.

When you search for a named person, you find dozens of them and some are in the same town. That points to you being able to statr a new Skype account with the same name as before then build your Contacts list as you go along.
