What do you mean "still" run it, if it's working, then it's working. Is that a new card you got? Why that one? It's old, tends to overheat, unless you bought it for like $10, it's not worth getting.

The card uses 140 watts at load, as long as your power supply is good quality and has the right power connections it will be fine.

You are wasting money on that card and a new power supply though, instead of a very old card and a power supply, get a newer nVidia 750 Ti (used if you want) and you will have a much faster card at half the power draw. What you are doing is buying a 15 year old car and a new engine instead of just getting a better newer car where you don't need to buy a new engine.
