I have several parts of my first gaming PC I ever built and my friend recently paid me for all of them so him and I could play together. I put all the parts together just fine (I think). Here's the problem: nothing shows up on my display when I went to test it out and the graphic card's fans spin only for a couple of seconds, stop spinning, and then repeat that process. Also, the LED's for the power button or reset don't turn on but I'm guessing that's the front panel connectors. All the other fans spin so I assume everything else works. Might I add that I haven't had much experience in PC building aside from upgrading this rig and eventually making a whole new rig entirely. Please help, money's an issue so I don't want to buy new parts.

Here are the specs:
Case: BitFenix Comrade Mid-Size Tower
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5 GHz
GPU: Sapphire Radeon R9 270x Dual-X 2GB
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P
PSU: 500W - EVGA 80+ White Rated Power Supply
RAM: Ballistix Sport 8GB (2x4GB) 1600MHz CL9 DDR3

And then I have a 1TB Seagate Barracude HDD and a Disc Drive
