My Build: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rbPrCy

I am plan on buying new fans and have chosen the Silent wing 3's from recommendations.

CPU has a idle temp of 25-30C with stock cooler and ambient temp around 20C
Underload is 55-65C

GPU has a idle temp of 30-35C
Underload is 60-65C

With Case Fan Setup is:
1x 120mm Intake front
1x 120mm outtake back

What my planned setup will be:
2x 140mm Intake front
1x 120mm outtake back

or it can be
2x140mm intake front
1x 120mm outtake back
1x 120mm outtake top

it would really help thanks!

Solution
You want positive pressure in your case, so more intake than out, give or take, the amount of air and pressure of the fans comes into play, but all things being equal, 2x140s w/1x120 will work nicely, 2x140s w/2x120s will also work, but how well will be dependent on speed and cfm as well as other factors like stuff in the way etc.

Fan speed will probably be on the lowest rpm when not on load and with load around 50% rpm and or depending on the temperature for ex. 60c will go up to 65%?

but for what you are saying if 2x140s w/1x120 is enough i dont have to buy another 4 pin spliter just for it.

Does 1x140mm and 1x120mm also be as good?

this is off topic but If you don't mind me asking.... is investing in a cpu cooler better then these 2 fans?
fans cost $65CAD where a cpu cooler cost $30.

Well... A decent CPU cooler is good if you're overclocking the CPU. If not, then good airflow in the case is good. Maybe you're looking at the wrong fans, 65 CAD sounds like a lot. Then again, I have no idea what the conversion is to USD, maybe that's about right... I try to keep things about the same lvl. If you have a midrange CPU then a midrange cooler is about right, but it's not all about price, there are some awesome bang for the buck deals out there on coolers and fans, I just don't know any right off, I know the cryorig cooler gets recommended, but as for fans... Dunno what's good right now. Haven't bought fans in a while. Do some google searches and maybe post another topic here to find out the deals out there right now.
