Hey so i live in a apartment that is a house and i have internet and next door in my garage is another seperate apartment but is still connected to my house anyways i had internet for 2 yrs with a different company and never had a problem and just recent next door they got internet with spectrum and they conenected a spliter with my hardline so now out of nowhere my internet is starting to act up will the spliter be causing this problem?
