how do I change the VRR window on my Freesync monitor?

i just read about overclocking a freesync display on the web and i was wondering if i can overclock my LG 22MP68-VQ? what will i need to do it? some people say that it is risky, should i do it?

Well most of them do it as it allows them to adjust the lowest and highest refresh rates.
Download CRU: https://www.monitortests.com/forum/Thread-Custom-Resolution-Utility-CRU?page=1. click edit across the top, make sure "Range Limits" is ticked and change the V rate to whatever you want and click OK twice. Restart the driver. Don't go so high.
