Minecraft Fps Lag Help!

Ok so i can run normal minecraft at 700/800 fps i can run modpacks at 400/300 fps and i found an awesome modpack that i wanted to play and its running at a maximum of 15 fps -_- its really annoying me and id like some help i have also turned off Vsync and i got optifine nothing works still so i changed how much ram it could use and it still didnt work so yeah..... im not sure if this is a certain mod that is doing this but id love it if someone could help me. modpack: Craft Of The Titans

Which launcher is that coming through, and which launcher do you normally use to launch Minecraft? It could be that you didn't allocate the same amount of RAM through the launcher the modpack is on as you have through your normal launcher.
