GEFORCE GTX 1050 fans spin, but no display. Is my GPU fried?

Hello, I was setting up a custom water loop when I accidentally got around 5 drops of water in my GPU. The fans still spin, but the screen goes black. I know there is nothing wrong with my monitor because I plugged my hdmi into the integrated graphics and got display. Is my GPU fried?

check the gpu and mainboard, if you see burnt parts then you killed those parts, disassemble and take a good look at all parts, dry them while at it, water in 5 drops, sounds unlikely, surely was more and you didn't noticed
