I want to get the new g4560 paired with gtx 1050ti 4gb with 8 gigs of ram. Any thoughts and suggestions ? I am new to pc building

Solution
this around your budget with new tech. if you want to play bf1 competitive you'll have to turn the detail down though imo. for csgo it will be fine though . i'd save up a little more money as for 64 player maps and all that kind of scenario i reckon it will struggle .

Look for 2nd hand i5/i7 Ivy Bridge and B75 MB combo. A decent new Seasonic S12II or Corsair CXM PSU, and then as much money as your remaining budget would allow into the graphic card.

Avoid overclockable CPU/MB though, because they'd probably have been pushed very hard for years before the owners decided to sell them and may not have much life left in them.

Those are your tickets for as much performance as possible for a limited budget.

Planing on buying new parts. Would you recomend the g4560 cpu as a cheapear alternative to the i5/i7 ivy bridge procesors, i mean some of the i5 who are a lot expensive match with fps and benchmarks where the g4560 is double the less pricewise.

the only problem with the older cpus is that they come with older motherboards.. so when you want to upgrade to a shiny new modern day i5 or i7 you have to replace motherboard cpu and ram . instead of just the cpu .

the above posters idea of going with the older platform and getting a new gpu and psu is a good idea if you can find them cheap enough.. and you aren't looking for something that's going to last you another 4-5 years.

when it comes to the power supply you shall need to make a new thread specifically asking about the power supply and post the link to the website.. i won't sleep @ night if i choose something awful .. i 'll be worried about your new components being fried. too much of a conscience!
