I have ASUSTeK Computer INC. P5K SE (LGA775) motherboard
and Intel duo 2 E6550 CPU.
It is a bottleneck for my graphic card.
Which is the best CPU i could get for this mb and how much better is it and will it make my AMD 260x run at full capacity?

There really is no "best" considering that is an outdated, you are wasting money. But the processor you are looking for would probably be the Q9650 http://a.co/2L7ptEv - still it's outdated, and probably will not help as much.

My recommendation? Save up and get a new motherboard (at leat 1155) and update your GPU, because it is holding you back as well.

A core2quad would be a cheap upgrade, the Q6600 can be found around 20$ on ebay. If you go with the top end Core2Quads, they are simply too expensive to be worth it. I have seen them around 100$. Like ypu one of my computers is LGA775 and I wanted to find a cheap upgrade to my Q6600... I decided not to do it, spending 100$ to get a 30% speed boost on an obsolete computer was not worth it for me.
