Ram Voltage increase? z170-a ram slots a2 & b2 not working

My slots of RAM on my Asus z170-a motherboard do not work (slots A2 & B2). I'm able to use A1 and B1 but its not using duel channel, so i would like to fix it. I've made sure no pens are bent on my motherboard from the CPU cooler. i have even redid the CPU cooler to make sure. I'm not sure if raising my voltage would make it work or not.
I've also gone ahead and updated my bios, but nothing more happened so i reset my cmos.
Any other suggestions welcome!

How do you know its not running dual channel ? it should be if you are using those 2 slots, download CPU-z and have a look under the memory tab, see if it says dual ?

A1 and A2 would be single channel
B1 and B2 would be single channel

A1 and B1 would be dual channel
A2 and B2 would be dual channel
