-Nvidia Geforce 940m
-8gb 1600 ram
-fishy 140gb hdd was changed when bought

my gpu temps under load are at 90 degrees

If u need anything that might help just comment

Btw waiting on my new ssd

Solution
90 degrees means that it's HOT. That you are experiencing is thermal throttling. Consider opening your laptop to dust off any fans and/or applying a better thermal paste in the GPU. If you are not experienced in such things, take it to a repair store asking to do it for you.
