Hello guys, i currently am saving up for my first custom build pc, i used to own a cheap laptop but it just no longer cuts it.. I can invest a maximum of 800 but 750 is preferred so I can get some games with it, I will be using it purely for gaming and a bit of word, excel and powerpoint from time to time.

CPU: i5 7600K - I saw this and thought this is a really good overclockable CPU which i would love to use in a build for its price point!

GPU: Asus 1060 Dual 3G - I just thought it looked good and i don't need more than this!

MOBO: MSI Z270 Gaming Pro ATX - I don't have experience with overclocking but I think this will do the job am I right?

CPU COOLER: Hyper 212 Evo LED - I just thought it looked cool and everybody says it does its job good.

RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX - Good 8GB ram stick for my build!

Storage: WD Blue 1TB - Just plain out storage..

Case: Masterbox Lite 5 - I think it looks good, might go for a NZXT S340 though!

Solution
As long as you need word, excel and powerpoint you really should go Win10-64. Anyway here my suggestion:
