Solution
According to your 5/13 6:01 a.m. "working pc" post your router's IP address is (was) 10.10.10.2 (Default Gateway/DHCP Server) with a subnet net mask of 255.255.255.0

Now that you have factory reset the router its' IP address has returned to 192.168.0.1 (Default Gateway/DHCP Server) with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0

However the factory reset also changed everything else to the default router settings. Overall you must now fully reconfigure your network: Name, password, SSID, encryption, etc.. You may now have other network devices that will not connect.

According to your second ipconfig post (5/14 1:40 a.m.) DESKTOP-RQ2DBSF is now going to the router at 192.168.0.1 to request and receive an IPv4 address. And it has currently...

Wired connection - correct?

Try running "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) from the command prompt.

Did you try the built in network troubleshooter?

Did you try another known working ethernet cable?

What port are you using: Motherboard ethernet port, USB to ethernet adapter, PCIx ethernet card?

Start by downloading the applicable adapter drivers from the manufacturer. Configure the adapter to your network settings.

If the above actions fail then run "ipconfig /all" and post the results.

Looks to be a subnet mask error/misconfiguration. And the assigned IPv4 address (169.254.172.176) is an IP address that Windows automatically assigns itself when it otherwise cannot obtain an IP address.

Check the motherboard's ethernet adapter: The Default Gateway, DHCP Server, and subnet mask should match your router.

Run ipconfig /all on a working computer to get the IPs and subnet mask. Or access the router's admin screens to verify the configuration.

Most likely 192.168.1.1 for both and 255.255.255.0 for the subnet mask. However the IP's can and do vary with the router make and model.

And theDefault Gateway and DHCP Server IP can be changed by the router's admin.

And if you do not have IPv6 uncheck it.

If connectivity is not restored then download and reinstall the ethernet network drivers for the motherboard via Atheros' website.

http://www.atherosdrivers.com/atheros-lan-drivers.html

Depending on your OS it may be that they do not have a driver available. ( Do be careful and avoid any sites offering to download and fix the driver. Those sites may download just about anything and the results will not be good.)

That said, work on the configuration settings first. Hopefully the built-in Windows drivers can be configured to work.

Where did the router's IP 10.10.10.x come from?

Although that IP is within the overall range of private IP addresses, the IP is unusual.

I would expect 10.0.0.x with a subnet mask of 255.255.255.0

What make and model router are you using and what is the router's IP address and subnet mask?

Are you able to provide "ipconfig /all" from a working computer within your network? Thanks.

And it has currently been assigned 192.168.0.3 (IPv4 Address). Some other device probably has 192.168.0.2. See if you can identify which other device that may be.

For the moment do not make any more changes to the router.

On the non-working computer go into the eithernet adapter configuration windows and configure the network adapter to use 192.168.0.1 (subnet mask 255.255.255.0) to automatically obtain a DHCP IP address.

If you do not have IPv6 service then you can leave the IPv6 box unchecked

Once the network adapter's configuration is correct the non-working computer should receive an IPv4 address probably 192.168.0.x where x is 4 or higher. The assigned value depends on the number of allowed devices, the range of available DHCP IP addresses, and will exclude (if and when established) any statically assigned IPv4 addresses. There should not be any static IPs now because, as stated above, those settings would have been removed with the reset to factory default settings.

If the non-working computer happens to receive 192.168.0.2 that is okay. All that means is that whatever device was using .2 is off the network and .2 is again available to be used to service the next device request for an IPv4 address.

What make and model is your router - do you have the User Guide/Manual?

The first objective is to get your non-working computer reconfigured to join the network.

The second objective will be to get your network secured and back to the the overall configuration that you require.
.

But that all must be done carefully and methodically. And the manual will provide most of the instructions and procedures.
