Is this a good computer for a CAD,3D software, Revit workstation?

Solution
SolidWorks included?

NVIDIA's the way to go for Autodesk, and having a Quadro means better experience using the software (performance is the same as its GeForce counterpart). But if SolidWorks is involved, GPU acceleration by certified drivers are going to butcher the GeForce series.

Also, it seems that Autodesk utilize IPC more than multiple cores, so rather than an i7-2600, the newest i5 will have better performance compared to the weaker IPC of the i7.

AutoCad Civil 3d, AutoDesk Inventor, AutoCad, and any other software, that I might need. I only want something that can run software like this smoothly and fast. What I have now is an old AMD quad core CPU Athon X4 640 and an old ATI(yes a old ATI before AMD) Radeon HD 4200. It runs the software so slow, and it is hard to get my work done fast.
