Your motherboard is PCIE gen 3 so it should work with both. I would suggest tho the 580 over the 480.

The model that elbert recommended is very good and is modular. But if you want something a little cheaper, and don't mind it not being modular, the S12II is another good choice.

If you need to cut costs the 570 is nearly as fast as the 480. It will save about $25.

I just did some looking around about the Qori power supply you have. It is made by Codegen and is the same quality as a Powmax or other cheap knockoff brands. I'd definitely look at replacing the PSU asap and not consider the 1060 or 480/570/580 unless it's replaced.
