I've been having major issues with my internet recently. I tried everything but the last resort was buying a new network card. When I installed it, only the DVI-D works from my graphics card.

Previously I had:
Monitor 1 - DVI-D from monitor to DVI-D in graphics card
Monitor 2 - Hdmi from monitor to hdmi in graphics card
Monitor 3 - Vga from monitor converted to display-port in graphics card

But with this new card only the DVI-D works, if I use my old one, all the monitors work.

Graphics card - Nvidia GTX 970
New wireless card - ASUS PCE-AC68
Old wireless card - Qualcomm Atheros AR9287 Wireless Network Adapter
Cpu - Intel Core i5 4690 @ 3.50GHz
Motherboard - Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B85M-HD3

All drivers are up to date

Solution
Did you delete the athereos drivers before removing it, that can cause issues.

If that does not help I would:
1) Put ASUS card back in with drivers installed
2) download new nvidia drivers and ddu (display driver uninstaller)
3) boot into safemode and uninstall nvidia drivers
4) boot back into safemode and reinstall nvidia drivers.

Hopefully installing NVIDIA drivers with wifi card drivers already in place will do it.

Not really sure why having this problem to begin with, these two things should have no impact on each other.

The first one worked, I uninstalled the Atheros drivers before removing it from the pc, now all the monitors work. Thank you.
