Just bought a pre-built PC from amazon that came along with an Rx480 4gb graphics card, card runs but the fan wont turn on at all even at high load which crashes my new PC. Updated drivers and uninstalled them as well but the fan wont kick on no matter what.The temps slowly rise up on idle due to the fan not running. Any help would be greatly appreciated.Not sure if this is important but im pretty sure i hear a high pitched noise coming from it as well it fluctuates in noise level and whine.
