front usb 3.0 ports not working and i/o bracket problems

I have asus z170 pro gaming motherboard, and I even tried swapping cases. I had nzxt s340 case and now have mastercase pro 5. The usb cable is connected to the motherboard. Also for some reason the back i/o ports do not line up with the i/o bracket plate. Guess think i should get a new motherboard?

the I/O shield might have some latches (not sure what they are) for the USB and you need to bend the maybe even more than it seems as I had a similar issue a couple of months ago with the Asus Strix z270H I spent like 2 hours trying to fix the issue and did not want to use excessive force as I did not want to break anything then I bend the pins (more than it seems necessary as I thought I would break them) on the I/O shield and it fit in perfectly

I spent more than 2 hours trying to make it align up with io plate, and it never did. The motherboard aligns up perfectly with the placement holders on the case. The thing is some of them align up perfect, it's only couple of them which don't.
